1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of 7bdd is conditioned on your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all players, visitors, and users of the platform, regardless of whether they have registered an account or merely browsed publicly accessible pages.

By proceeding past the registration screen and creating a 7bdd account, you affirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

7bdd reserves the right to decline registration or suspend access to any user who does not meet the eligibility criteria or who has previously had an account closed for violations of these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 7bdd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being) — corporate entities, organisations, and automated entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or close family member of a 7bdd employee or contractor.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement currently in force on 7bdd or any affiliated platform.
• You must not hold any other active or previously suspended 7bdd account.

Residents of Bangladesh represent the primary intended user base for 7bdd. Players outside Bangladesh use the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that doing so is legal under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 7bdd account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any associated winnings forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. 7bdd is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 7bdd will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify the 7bdd support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We strongly recommend enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available at no cost to all registered players.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations, 7bdd requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation accepted by 7bdd includes a Bangladesh National ID card, valid passport, and Bangladesh driving licence. Document submission is handled securely through the account portal. Most KYC reviews are completed within 24 hours of document submission.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 7bdd wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. 7bdd does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 7bdd bears no responsibility.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, bonus amounts, bet values, and winnings are displayed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 7bdd does not apply currency conversion charges. If your payment method operates in a different currency, your provider's conversion rate will apply independently of 7bdd.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount at 7bdd is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to your wallet balance. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts in good standing, although 7bdd reserves the right to process exceptionally large withdrawals in staged instalments.

5.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

All withdrawal requests require a fully completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held pending satisfactory document submission. 7bdd will not process withdrawals to payment methods different from those used for the corresponding deposits, except in exceptional circumstances approved by the finance team.

5.3 Processing Times

bKash and Nagad withdrawals on fully verified accounts with no active bonus wagering requirements are typically processed within minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside business hours are queued and processed at the start of the next business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.

5.4 Wagering Requirement Condition

Withdrawals from bonus-funded balances may only be processed after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Your real-money balance and bonus balance are maintained separately in your 7bdd wallet; real-money funds are withdrawable at any time subject to standard verification requirements, irrespective of any active bonus wagering obligation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New 7bdd players are eligible for a 200% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum bonus value of ৳20,000. This bonus is credited automatically to your bonus wallet upon making a qualifying first deposit. No bonus code is required. The welcome bonus is available once per player, once per household, and once per device or IP address.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a 30x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount received. 7 Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Rules

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on 7bdd and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using 7bdd as a vehicle for cycling illicit funds through deposits and withdrawals
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated fraudulently — disputing legitimate 7bdd transactions with your bank or payment provider
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 7bdd support staff or other players
• Attempting to access, probe, or attack 7bdd's technical infrastructure, servers, or databases
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your account

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by 7bdd

7bdd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: confirmed violation of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or if continued operation of the account would expose 7bdd to legal or regulatory risk.

9.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 7bdd support team. Following a closure request, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirement obligations) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within five business days. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless they have already met all applicable wagering requirements.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 7bdd will attempt to notify the account holder by email prior to applying a dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee applied to inactive accounts is ৳200 per month or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower. Dormant account holders may reactivate their account by logging in and contacting support.

10 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

7bdd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7bdd will provide reasonable advance notice via an on-site notification displayed upon your next login. The revised Terms will clearly state the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the 7bdd platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.2 of these Terms.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to company contact information — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of 7bdd's platform, to the extent permitted by law.
